Islamabad: Pakistan`s government has rejected conditions set by previous president resigned General Pervez Musharraf, for example, the arrangement of military security and safe section back to Dubai, to face his high injustice trial, the media given an account of Thursday.
The reaction expressed: "An absconder can't manage his pre-requirements to the court and give conditions, that too his own particular subjective fulfillment, in the matter of when he will show up and for to what extent."
Musharraf recorded an application under the steady gaze of the exceptional court on May 5 in which he communicated ability to confront the trial under military security and confirmation from the court that he would be given safe entry back to Dubai.
Through its central prosecutor for the situation, Mohammad Akram Sheik, the legislature stated: "The application has been recorded just to delay the finish of the trial."
Be that as it may, the legislature said it was eager to give "all due security" to Musharraf, "according to his privilege", reports Dawn on the web.
The legislature requested that the court reject Musharraf`s application looking for military security and safe section to Dubai, and to take "all fitting coercive measures to get the participation of departing suddenly charged to finish the trial".
